When emailing us, please ensure you include the following details:

• Subject that reflects nature of the email
• Brief summary at the top of your email
• For website owners, the following details:
• Website address
• Feed URL
• Full PlainFeeder User-Agent seen in web server logs
• Detailed explanation of your query, including any possible steps to reproduce an issue where possible

This information will help us to quickly get up to speed on your query and provide the necessary feedback without a lot of back and forth. If you have any constructive criticism for us, we will happily accept that as well!
